flows E to Thirty-Three Creek, N of Fort Glenn, on NE coast of Umnak I., Aleutian Islands.
Name published in 1958 on an Army Map Service (AMS) map and later by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) (Byers, 1959, pl. 41). This is one of many names given by the U.S. Military during World War II and probably refers to the Aleutian common teal Anas crecca nimia, which is one of the most common of the so-called river ducks (Gabrielson and Lincoln, 1959, p. 160-161).
