In DeLong Mts., flows S to the Kugururck River 6 mi W of Mount Bastille, 15 mi. N of Misheguk Mtn., Brooks Range. 5 miles long.

History

Named by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) geologists in 1950 for an old cairn found on the pass (Narchralik) between this stream and the Utukok River drainage.
