In the Coast Mountains on the Canada-United States international boundary, 2.7 mi SSW of Mount Nesselrode and 43 mi N of Juneau, designated Boundary Peak 97.
Named by the Juneau Icefield Research Project in 1964 for Dr. Calder Tupper Bressler (1919-1959), geologist and head of the Department of Geology, Western Washington College. As geologist with U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), he spent several years working in the Brooks Range. He was killed on Mount Rainier during Project Crater, a glaciophycial investigation.
